The Acronym Word Game!

I give you an acronym with 2 to 4 letters. You tell me what it stands for, and then you make up a new random acronym with 2 to 4 letters.
Articles (a, the, etc.) and other extremely short words holding no significance, like 'and', do not have to be included, but may.
Example: BSC
