i used a hack to get all the achievements i needed (including pyro!) it does medic pyro and general achievements
here it is

just have steam running no need for tf2 to be running if it doesnt work cos it says "Error: no achievments to unlock" or something then run tf2, alt+tab to the .zip or .rar file not sure wich it is. then run the program, then watch the achievement spam! then after that close tf2 the .zip file then run tf2 again
but when you run it at tf2 do it at the main menu
if it doesnt work no matter wat u do try the page u downloaded it from if nobody there can help u then sorry it dont work so haha... lol... it worked for me look at my steam page http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197971186949 i have all my achievements
