basically it states if a man feels he is more like a woman, he can go into women's locker rooms and bathrooms, and vice versa, and stuff like that. (thats how my gf describes it)

It just saying you can't discriminate against anyone, no matter who they are, what they look like, their gender or sexual prefrence. So its cool

yes, but you have to read deeper than just the words. you have to interpret their meaning(s)

Um.....find me the spot where it said that. I'm pretty sure that when you make a law, its specific. You can't tell the people that what the law means actually isnt in the law, and that you just have to read deeper. Sometimes the pool dosent get any deeper that it is now
