EA coming to Steam?

Are games like Spore, The Battlefield franchise and Mass Effect finally coming to Valve's content delivery service, Steam? Well, the evidence so far is pointing towards yes. Recently this EULA has shown up on Steam http://storefront.steampowered.com/eula_testapp17390/english.html

Has EA finally realized that their DL service is shitty?
