New Members

Well, one day i was in the admin panel, and i found a list of people who registered, but never wenrt to their e-mail to fully register. and i was thinking, we all like, and need, new members on this site, so i told pheonix about it, and i said since that we dont want it to say "april, 30 new members", i will add 1 or 2 new members every week. (becuase you have the option to atomaticlly register them.) so, allthought they will probably never post, we still need more members. (and i kno for a fact that some of them will never check their e-mail to register.) (and if they just registered this april, i will give them time to go to their e-mail.)
